  • Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) - standard domestic toll
  • Domestic Toll-Free numbers & International Toll Free service (DTFN & ITFS)
  • Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN)
  • Toll Shared (local, regional or national cost)
  • Premium Rate numbers

You can decide per country which type of number suites your needs.

At your call center location various connection methods allow call termination in over 90 countries:

  • dedicated access: dedicated line used for inbound and outbound traffic, secured by the overflow on arrival feature
  • Switched Access (SA) termination: for low traffic, immediate installation of a call center during periods of growth and build-up or for call center back-up
  • PSTN termination: replaces SA where SA is not available (same principle)
  • IP VPN connection
